Literature index¶
No PDFs are committed — ever (public repo; copyright). This index is the record: full citation, a stable DOI/arXiv/URL link (the refetch instruction), and where the source entered the story. Local PDF copies may sit beside this file on the maintainer's machines (gitignored) for agent sessions.
House rules:
- A new source enters this table in the same slice that uses it.
- Claims made from memory are marked unverified in the citing document until checked against the source.
- The book's bibliography gives the newcomer reading order; this table is the flat authority on what we cite.
